Hi The book we used for the class had some viral marketing ideas so I am using that as a segue to you all for ideas to help create buzz for a student here at North going through the rip off mortgage arm interest rate leading to foreclosure mess. I am thinking of a fundraising or auction to either help him get out of foreclosure or sell; a buyer that was on the the horizon fell off and it is such a bad time to try to sell. I am hoping a little outrage or community caring could in fact help change this scene.

Local musicians may be interested...so that is a good one ...auction items to raise funds or a send a dollar to help stop the white collar crime epidemic ....write the story and see what flies...i don't know but would appreciate any ideas for a viral campaign...PS he doesn't know I am doing this as is all stoic and ....well you all know the performance but the stress has to be major. Thanks, deb

PS slightly different post for those belonging to both sites also ideas on who to talk to on legal issues here as have some questions regarding PMI's that aren't covered out front.
